If you are engaging services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Services
Pavonics provides scheduling consultancy services to service businesses in Malaysia. Services are delivered as fixed-scope engagements with agreed deliverables. The specific scope, timeline, and price of each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Services are generally available to businesses based in Malaysia. Pavonics may consider engagements with businesses based outside Malaysia on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout, and design, is the property of Pavonics or its licensors and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law.
Deliverables produced during a service engagement are delivered to the Client for their own internal business use. The Client may not resell, sublicense, or represent Deliverables as their own work without written consent from Pavonics. Pavonics retains the right to use anonymised versions of engagement outputs for portfolio or quality improvement purposes.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work commences. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit of 50% is payable prior to commencement of any engagement
- The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of final Deliverables
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to a Pavonics account designated in the engagement letter
Cancellations and Refunds
If a Client cancels an engagement after commencement, the deposit is non-refundable. If Pavonics is unable to complete an engagement for reasons within its control, a proportional refund of amounts paid will be issued. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected].
7. Service Delivery Terms
- Service timelines are indicative and may vary depending on Client responsiveness and complexity
- Pavonics will notify the Client of any material delay as soon as reasonably practicable
- Changes to agreed scope requested by the Client after commencement may require additional fees and timeline adjustment
- Pavonics will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Client preferences but cannot guarantee specific operational outcomes from any configuration
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential business information shared during an engagement as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the other party's written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
9. Disclaimers
Pavonics provides scheduling consultancy services and deliverables on the basis of information provided by the Client. We do not represent that any particular operational outcome will result from implementing our recommendations or configurations. Results depend on factors outside our control, including how Deliverables are implemented and used.
The website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. Pavonics makes no representations about the completeness or accuracy of website content and accepts no liability for reliance on it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Pavonics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or any service engagement. Pavonics' total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for that engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in Malaysia.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pavonics harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or any inaccurate information you have provided to us.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, any amounts due for work completed prior to termination become payable. Clauses relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a service engagement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation under the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) rules, or to the courts of Malaysia.
